Please note I am only available for Telehealth.
As a therapist I understand the need to occasionally talk with a colleague, to check in when countertransference occurs, or to process life. I enjoy supporting therapists in their work and their growth journey, which has been enhanced by my work with counseling trainees at CSU Chico. Therapists have been drawn to the profession for many reasons which can include past trauma, eating disorders, and burnout to name a few. Feel free to contact me if you need help in these and other areas. I look forward to talking with you.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome the symptoms you may be experiencing after a traumatic event or events.
Although an eating disorder can feel like a friend, it is really an intractable opponent. It will often lie to you, shame you, steal your health, and make you do and say things that go against your values. I offer evidenced based treatment for eating disorders.
I enjoy working with the LGBTQI community and am a Straight Ally. I particularly enjoy supporting transgender and intersex individuals in their gender journey.
